Nasdaq Files to Trade Tokenized Securities
Nasdaq has proposed to the SEC to allow trading of tokenized securities on its main exchange. If approved, this could make Nasdaq the first major U.S. exchange to integrate blockchain-based settlement for traditional assets—potentially launching by Q3 2026.
