Also on August 4, Bullish filed for an IPO in the U.S., seeking a valuation of up to $4.23 billion. The offering aims to raise up to $629 million with 20.3 million shares priced at $28–31. Bullish will list under the ticker BLSH, with J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, and Citigroup as lead underwriters.
